Unfortunately, not as of the moment. However, we’re on our way there and hopefully by end of the year we will be able to cater not only in the Philippines but to other countries as well.
Which Courier Service Are We Contracting With?
We are finally transferring our Metro Manila shipments with Fifth Express. They not only promise quality service but also advocates a cleaner and greener environment by having your orders shipped in compostable packaging. Plus, they are utilizing e-waybills to lessen use of paper.
Sadly, they currently cater within Metro Manila only. For Bulacan, Cavite and Rizal areas, we are using Sonic Express. The covered areas for Bulacan, Cavite and Rizal are as follows:
Covered Rizal Province:
Antipolo, Angono, Binangonan, Baras, Cainta, Morong, Rodriguez, Tanay, Teresa, Taytay, San Mateo
Covered Bulacan Province:
Bocaue, Meycauyan, Marilao, Sta. Maria, San Jose Del Monte, Sapang Palay
Covered Cavite Province:
Carmona, Cavite City, Bacoor, Dasmarinas, Gen. Trias, GMA, Imus, Indang, Kawit, Noveleta, Rosario, Silang, Tagaytay, Tanza, Trece Martirez

For Provincial areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, we are availing the service of LBC.
We also accommodate same day shipping through Grab Express and Lalamove, whichever you prefer.
How Much Is Shipping?
The following rates will be applied:
Fifth Express - Metro Manila – P100.00
Sonic Express - MM (Bulacan/Rizal/Cavite) – P120.00
LBC - Provincial (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) - P300.00
The rate for same day delivery is dependent on the shipping address and preferred courier between Grab Express and Lalamove. If you chose this method, people at Númad will coordinate with you on the fee to be charged and shouldered by you and to assist you on any other issues you may encounter.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Kindly allow Fifth Express, Sonic Express and LBC a lead time of 2-5 business days.
Note: There can be occasional courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe and unfortunately are beyond our control. Rest assured, we will provide timely updates on the delays. If delays will continue to pursue in long periods of time, we will find an alternative solution in the meantime.
How Long After Placing My Order Will It Be Shipped?
Once proof of payment is sent to us, kindly allow 1-2 working days for us to prepare and pack your order for shipping.
Will I Get A Tracking Number?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number which will allow you to easily track the progress of your order. Kindly allow 48 hours from the time proof of payment is sent until tracking information is made available.
