What is our Return Policy?
Unfortunately, we don’t accommodate returns and refunds. Once an order is placed, it is as good as sold. We advise for every Númad to place an order if they are only 100% sure and excited to strut in it.
What is our Exchange Policy?
You must request an exchange within 7 business days upon receiving your order.
The item(s) must be in original condition with its original packaging. Garments that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way will be refused and considered sold. Please give the utmost care on the garments, as we will not accept those that have makeup stains.
The exchanges that we accept are the following:
- Size exchange
- Colorway exchange for the same item
- Item exchange that is of equal or greater value
Other than these, we are not able to accommodate any other exchanges.
Also take note that the exchanges are dependent on the availability of the stock. As long as we have inventory on-hand, we are able to accommodate your request immediately.
How do I organize an exchange?
If you’ve met above requirements and conditions, you may email us an “Exchange Request” to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Item to return (Product Name and Size)
- Exchange Reason
- Notes (optional)
Once done, we will send a confirmation e-mail whether stock is available to accommodate the exchange. If we have not replied within 24 hours, kindly shoot us a DM through Instagram or Facebook.
Where Do I Send My Exchanged Item?
The details needed for the exchange, including the address will be discussed over email or SMS.
Are Exchanges Free?
All the shipping costs required for the exchange will not be covered or reimbursed by Númad. These unexpected costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
